Refund policy

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be in the same condition as received, unused, have tags attached, and be in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Goods sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
You should inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain item types cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special-order or personalized products) and personal care goods (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Out of concern for the highest hygiene standards and the safety of our customers, we would like to inform you that the products have been processed sterilization and custom anodizing are not subject to returns or exchanges.

 

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and separately purchase a new item after your return is approved.

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your merchandise must be in the same condition as received, must not be used, must have tags attached and be in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been accepted or rejected. If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and issue your refund.
