Yes, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment without giving any reason.
IMPORTANT - Hygiene Issues:
For health and hygiene reasons, only products in their original, undamaged packaging (sealed/sealed) can be returned .
Pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, opening the plastic bag with a hygienic seal (containing the earring) will void your right to return. We will not accept jewelry that has been tried on or touched after being removed from its sterile packaging.

We refund funds immediately after receiving and verifying the package (checking the integrity of the seals), usually within 3-7 business days . The maximum statutory deadline is 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase (e.g. card, bank account or BLIK).

We do not exchange goods directly (e.g. "parcel for parcel").
The quickest way to get a different size is:
- Returning a product that does not fit (you will receive a refund).
- Placing a new order for the correct size in the store.
This means your new product will reach you much faster than with the traditional exchange procedure.

We apologize for the error! If your product arrived damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received a different model than you ordered:
- Do not send the goods back immediately!
- Take a clear photo of the defect or mistake.
- Send a photo along with your order number to our email address: shop@piercingplanet.pl
In 99% of cases, based on a photo alone, we approve the complaint and either ship a new product at our expense or issue a refund, without the need to return the damaged item. This saves you time and money on shipping.
